Introduction
These terms and conditions govern the operations of Exprés Logística y Tecnología del Caribe S.A. de C.V.
💰 Prices and Reservations
Prices include VAT.
The approximate rental total is based on the information provided at the time of reservation.
The driver must present a valid credit card with available balance, a valid driver's license, and an official ID when signing the rental agreement.
To validate the reservation, the rental agreement must be signed, and a deposit charged to the credit card as a guarantee of compliance.

Additional Driver
If an additional driver is required, the person must be present at the time of the contract signing, be of legal age, and provide a valid license and official ID.
⚠️ Important Note: An additional fee applies for drivers under 25 years old.
🎂 Age Requirements and Returns
Minimum Age: 25 years
An additional charge applies for drivers aged 21 to 24.
Late returns after the scheduled reservation time will incur additional charges based on the current public rates.
The minimum rental period is one day.
🛡️ Coverages and Limits
Included in Price
- ✓ Liability protection coverage for third-party damages up to $700,000.00 MXN
- ✓ Local fees and VAT
Important Information
- These coverages do not apply outside the country.
- Any additional coverage or service not included in the reservation will incur an extra cost based on current public rates.
- Protection limits and deductibles apply to some coverages.
🚗 Vehicle Delivery and Use
The reservation is for picking up and returning the vehicle at the specified city and office. Returning it to a different office may result in additional charges.
Restriction: Mexico Only
The vehicle may not leave the boundaries of the Republic of Mexico without prior consent. For travel to Belize, special protection coverage must be acquired at the border, as the insurance from our offices is not valid outside Mexico.
💳 Payment Policies
On our website, credit and debit cards are accepted as payment methods.
Payment Gateway: Transactions on the website will be processed through the Openpay payment gateway.
🐾 Traveling with Pets
Pets are welcome.
Important: The customer must return the vehicle clean at the end of the rental period. Returning a dirty vehicle will result in an extra charge for deep cleaning.
⚖️ Rights and Obligations
Lessor
- Deliver the vehicle in optimal operating conditions, including sufficient fuel.
- Receive the vehicle with the same fuel level as delivered, as indicated by the fuel gauge.
- Inform the lessee of any observations upon receiving the vehicle.
- Return the guarantee deposit under the terms established in the contract.
Lessee
- Pay the agreed rental fee promptly.
- Drive the vehicle with a valid license and comply with traffic laws.
- Do not drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Do not use the vehicle for commercial purposes or sublease it.
- Use the vehicle within its capacity and avoid unsuitable routes.
- Maintain the vehicle in good condition, except for normal wear and tear.
- Do not transport hazardous materials, drugs, or narcotics.
- Pay any fines incurred during the rental period.
- Do not participate in races or activities that may damage the vehicle.
- Do not sublease the vehicle without authorization.
- Provide truthful information and original documentation to the lessor.
- Regularly check the oil, radiator water, and tire pressure.
🔧 Repairs
Important: No repairs may be made to the vehicle without prior authorization from the lessor.
